Board Certified Behavior Analyst & Limited License Psychologist
Alicia Butcher is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Limited License Psychologist in the state of Michigan. She is a two-time graduate of the Applied Behavior Analysis program at Western Michigan University. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in 2002 and a Master of Arts degree in 2004. When she began her formal studies in ABA in 1999, Alicia began completing practicum experiences working with children diagnosed with Autism through Western Michigan University, Community Mental Health, Croyden Avenue School and various in-home programs. These opportunities allowed her to develop and hone her skills in Applied Behavior Analysis and Verbal Behavior procedures. She subsequently earned her BCBA in 2004. Her extensive experience expertise comes as both a therapist and clinician, across varying degrees of autism spectrum disorder treatment. Her areas of specialization include: implementation and development of skill-acquisition programs, natural environment training, functional behavior assessment and intervention plans for more severe behavioral issues. Throughout her studies and professional career Alicia has used the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to treat a variety of skills and behaviors. She has worked with children and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders. She has also worked with individuals diagnosed with traumatic brain injury, emotional impairment, cognitive impairment, various physical impairments, and mental illness.

 Angela Fabian, COTA

HR Coordinator
Angela Fabian graduated from Macomb Community College in 2010 with an Associate of Applied Science as an Occupational Therapy Assistant. After graduation, Angela worked as an Occupational Therapy Assistant with a variety of patients, ranging from children with special needs to adults who suffered from  hand injuries.  She also volunteered with Kids On The Go in the summer working with children with special needs. Angela is currently back in school working towards her Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management and will graduate in April of 2017.  In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her children, playing cards with friends and attending Zumba classes.

 Melissa Laige

Hi, my name is Melissa Laige. I’m currently the Medical Biller for A&C Behavioral Solutions. I’ve been working as a Medical Biller for the past 9 years; I currently hold an associate’s degree in Medical/Business Practice Management with a level 2 certificate in billing. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my Husband, kids & dog, exploring Michigan & crafting.

Christen Rae, BCBA

Director of Clinical Services
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Christen Rae is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who received her Bachelor’s of Science degree in 2003 and Master of Arts degree in 2005 from Western Michigan University. As an undergraduate, she studied Psychology with minors in Business Management and Women’s Studies. She received her Master of Arts degree in 2005 in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Organizational Behavior Management (OBM). She subsequently earned her BCBA in 2005.

Christen began her career working as a Clinical Supervisor at Therapeutic Pathways/The Kendall Center in Tracy, California, in 2006. As a Clinical Supervisor, Christen was responsible for the supervision and oversight of treatment for patients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Additionally, she provided consultation and support to the families and caregivers of the clients she supervised. She served as a liaison for stakeholders including families, Regional Centers and School Districts. Her responsibilities also included the development and oversight of training systems for front line staff. She also provided training and supervision for staff at all levels. During this time, she assisted in the development of protocols for the agency for those staff pursuing BACB supervision to meet the requirements for certification.

In 2010, Christen became the Site Coordinator for the Therapeutic Pathways/The Kendall Center located in Elk Grove, California. As a Site Coordinator, Christen continued to fill the role of a Clinical Supervisor. However, her responsibilities expanded to include the supervision of day-to-day operations as well as, educational and funding stream expansion of The Kendall Center, Elk Grove. She supervised clinical staff recruitment and collaborated with the Directors and Senior Clinical Staff with the formulation and compliance of policies and regulations of The Kendall Center. She was also responsible for collaborating with the Directors and Senior Clinical staff in planning and conducting in-service trainings for staff as well as to selected district officials, general education teachers and other professionals in related fields.


Brooke Luckhardt,

Office Assistant
Brooke Luckhardt is a Behavior Therapist/Office Staff and earned her Bachelor of Applied Behavioral Science Degree through Ashford University in 2015. She is currently earning her Masters in Forensic Psychology through Walden University. Brooke has been a Certified Brain Injury Specialist since 2004 and has over twenty years of experience working with clients with traumatic brain injuries (TBI). She also works in the Concussion Clinic at APM&R in Ann Arbor that focuses in the acute treatment of concussions that occur in youth sports. Brooke is passionate about TBI prevention and is also the Sports Concussion Screener for her son’s ice hockey team. She enjoys spending her free time watching her son’s hockey games, reading, and just being with family.

Kubra Siddiqi

Billing Assistant

Kubra Siddiqi graduated from University of Michigan with a degree in Psychology. She worked at Huda School & Montessori in Franklin, MI for three years before joining our team here at A & C Behavioral Solutions. Her love for children and their innocence has allowed her to have years of experience being a mentor and provide support, guidance, and entertainment to children and youth in her community. She served as a youth advisor and a Sunday school teacher at Tawheed Center in Farmington Hills, MI. Kubra also has experience in marketing and has designed several promotional flyers, brochures, business cards and booklets. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, catching up on TV shows, photography and learning new skills on Adobe Photoshop.
